Challenge
We wanted a platform where we could all collate our thoughts and ideas on how to make Vercoe’s a better place to work and ensure we were all working towards the same goal(s).
We wanted staff to take ownership and not have everything put back on to management to sort out.

Breakthroughs:
- A lot of our staff were having the same issues and hadn’t had a “voice” to bring this up previously.
- The challenges our staff were facing weren’t extremely difficult to solve and by doing the little things we could all get to the same goal.
Benefits:
- We have already seen a reduction in the instances of sick leave and staff turnover in the period since we’ve introduced Click.
- We have addressed productivity and how we can improve this.
- We have addressed confusion around job roles and how this can be clearer using organisational charts, direct reports etc,
- We have addressed areas of stress and how we can minimise this.
